Easter has been proclaimed. But the world doesn’t always look like it yet.
“Today is a New Day” is a reminder that resurrection isn’t a one-time event but an ongoing reality — something to be lived into day by day, practice by practice, even when the world looks unchanged.
This Eastertide, we’re exploring what resurrection people actually do with their ordinary days — not what they believe in the abstract, but the specific practices that keep them oriented toward new life even when life feels hard. Each week draws from the lectionary texts of the Easter season to name one practice of Easter people: showing up, paying attention, living together, following, receiving presence, and waiting together.
Whether you’re a longtime person of faith or someone still figuring out what you believe, this series meets you where you are. Bring your questions. That turns out to be exactly the right thing to bring.
